Product description
Paries Upholstered Ottoman Bed — Monumental Strength and Subtle Harmony
The Paries upholstered bed combines impressive visual strength with subtle softness, bringing a sense of permanence and luxurious elegance to the bedroom. Its substantial, exceptionally soft headboard is paired with a stable, gently rounded base to create a harmonious silhouette inspired by organic forms shaped by nature. This distinctive design introduces architectural balance and an atmosphere conducive to deep relaxation. With its versatile yet confident character, Paries becomes more than just a piece of furniture – it forms the decorative centrepiece of a modern bedroom.
Elevated Headboard for Exceptional Comfort
The defining feature of the Paries bed is its 122 cm high, smooth headboard. Its impressive height and soft padding provide stable, comfortable support for the back and head during evening relaxation. Whether you are reading, watching your favourite series or working on a laptop, the design supports a comfortable position and helps relieve pressure around the shoulders and neck. The absence of decorative tufting allows the texture of the chosen upholstery fabric to stand out, giving the bed an elegant, minimalist appearance.
Reliable Support and a High-Quality Bed Base
The bed comes with a lift-up slatted base mounted on a sturdy metal frame. A total of 48 flexible sprung slats, 24 on each side, help distribute body weight evenly while providing responsive support and proper ventilation beneath the mattress. The bed base is included, while the mattress is purchased separately, giving you complete freedom to choose the firmness and properties that best suit your individual sleeping preferences.
Practical Storage and Thoughtful Dimensions
Beneath the bed base is a spacious integrated bedding storage compartment. The convenient lifting mechanism allows the frame to be raised with minimal effort, providing easy access to additional storage space for pillows, blankets or seasonal textiles. The base, positioned 37 cm above the floor, makes everyday use and making the bed more convenient. Paries is available in four overall widths: 176 cm for a 140 × 200 cm mattress, 196 cm for 160 × 200 cm, 216 cm for 180 × 200 cm and 236 cm for 200 × 200 cm. The overall length remains 237 cm across all variants.
