Product description

Rawi Decorative Rug - sculptural texture and intense red

Rawi was created around a simple idea: to make the most of what wool does best, its softness and volume. Instead of a complex pattern, all the attention is focused on texture and colour. The deep, intense red becomes a strong, distinctive feature in any interior.

A texture that works like a sculpture

Different pile heights of 6 and 24 mm create a distinctive, almost three-dimensional surface. Light and shadow form their own patterns across the rug, changing with the time of day and the angle of the light.

The full volume of wool underfoot

Hand-tufted from 100% New Zealand wool, Rawi makes full use of the material's natural softness and volume. It is a rug you want to feel under bare feet, not simply look at. The design was created in Europe.

Simplicity that lets texture take the lead

Rawi's simple form deliberately avoids competing with what is happening across the surface of the rug. Here, texture and colour take centre stage rather than a complex pattern.

A bold accent for natural interiors

Rawi works especially well in interiors built around simple forms and natural materials. In a living room with wooden flooring or a cosy bedroom, its intense red can become one of the strongest elements of the composition. Available in 140 x 200, 160 x 240, 200 x 300 and 300 x 400 cm.

Pillovely, it feels good to be home.
