Everyday care in a few steps
To keep Sorello looking good for as long as possible, regular vacuuming is all that's needed – the basic way to limit fibre shedding. Deal with any stains right away: blot liquids with a towel, and gently remove dirt from the edge of the stain towards the centre, without rubbing the pile. Only shampooing is suitable for deeper cleaning, ideally entrusted to a professional company – after which the rug should dry flat, at room temperature. The wool used is certified by Wool Integrity™, Woolmark and British Wool Blend, as well as the PZH hygiene certificate, guaranteeing its quality and safety.
Returns
You have 30 days* from the date of receipt to return the product. To properly return a product, you must send an email to hello@pillovely.com with the subject line "RETURN #(order number)". The package is returned at the customer's expense to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
How to properly make a return?
1. Disassemble the product - if you assembled it, carefully disassemble it, preferably to the same state in which you received it.
2. Pack securely - use the original packaging or similar. Remember that the product must be well protected. If it is damaged, we will not be able to refund your money.
3. Take a photo - before shipping, take a photo of the packaged product and attach it to the return form.
4. Fill out the form.
5. Send back the product - within 30 days of submitting the return form to us. Arrange transport and send the package to the address: Kościelna 17A, 34-123 Chocznia, Poland.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse and passes verification, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.
